We are only able to accept returns under specific circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for T-shirt print orders or Custom print Mugs, as these are produced on a print-on-demand basis. Once printed, they cannot be returned to the printer. Therefore, we kindly ask that you ensure the accuracy of your order, including the design and size, before finalizing your purchase.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed by the printing company. As this part of the process is managed externally, we do not have control over the production timeline. We recommend placing your order well in advance to account for potential delays. While we are happy to assist with urgent requests on our end, please note that delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues, are beyond our control and cannot be considered our responsibility.
